Waterview IV is a six-story pre-cast building originally built in the 1980’s. The repositioning of Waterview IV focuses on the renovation and modification of the main entry, main and upper floor lobbies, main level amenity spaces, and an exterior patio remodel and extension. The new outdoor plaza with grass bleacher seating and a fire pit fosters connections and promotes a healthier work style.
