Mark Bowers

Mark is a passionate architect who is known for his ability to exceed his clients’ expectations. He has led many projects to success with his creative vision and approachable personality. He is a collaborative leader who is able to grasp a vision and work with the client and team to achieve their goals with elegant solutions. His unique background of structural engineering and architectural design allows him to work more closely with the engineers to create a more integrated building design. Mark’s involvement in projects ensures the successful implementation of the clients’ goals and visions through creative problem solving.

Joe Marshall

Joe is known by clients as the man to depend on. Whether the job calls for creative problem solving or the careful coordination of a complex phasing plan, he knows how to get things done. Joe works closely with clients, consultants and contractors to keep everyone moving forward together. He understands the ins and outs of construction and works with the needs and personality of each client institution to ensure a building that works for all of its users. As an Associate Principal, Joe is responsible for making sure AW is meeting all of the clients’ expectations by staying on budget, staying on schedule, and providing superior quality work.

Brett Linscott

Brett has enjoyed the privilege of working on a wide array of project types throughout his career as an Architect. Diversity and a passion for excellence have fueled his desire for creating meaningful, contextual architecture. He has a strong belief in a team approach throughout the design and construction process. As an Associate Principal working with clients, consultants and contractors, he has been involved in many successful commercial, civic and recreational projects in both the mountain and urban communities of Colorado.

Katharina Jenista

Kati brings her international style and comprehensive detailing to every project. Her European education and global experience bring a higher level of technical expertise and international design to every project. Kati’s passion for excellence in design, innovative and creative problem solving fuels her desire to create meaningful architecture. As a Senior Associate and Design Lead, Kati approaches every project with creativity, enthusiasm and a commitment to quality that has resulted in successful projects that consistently exceed the owners’ expectations.

Holly Hall

Holly brings multiple years of experience in the Denver market. As a licensed Architect she has worked on a variety of projects types and budgets through all phases of design. She values new ideas and enjoys working them into her process. As a Project Manager, Holly is successful at building team relationships while keeping all members on the same page and the project on schedule. Holly’s passion to bringing a team’s vision together is a unique talent that adds to the success of every project.

Jacqueline Coté

Jacqueline’s warm and welcoming personality will greet you at the front door. She brings her organizational skills and business management experience to facilitate the constantly moving parts of the firm and enhance the team dynamic. She loves to work in a creative environment where support of artistic endeavors allow the design studio to go beyond a traditional model to achieve higher goals.

Kevin Beck

Kevin is a dedicated team member with an outgoing personality. He brings experience in both commercial and residential architecture to the workshop. As Designer and Project Manager, Kevin offers design solutions practiced on a national level. Kevin’s understanding of details and materials combined with his 10 years of infield experience assures projects achieve their design goals.

Laura Colombo

Laura has been an integral team member of AW for over 12 years. She brings a detailed methodology for accounting along with a positive and collaborative approach. Laura keeps not only the finances but also the cash flowing smoothly for AW and our clients.

Jane Blumer

Jane is a registered architect in Colorado and Utah and brings extensive experience in the design of custom homes and commercial infill projects. Growing up in the mountains of Colorado, Jane understands how to design and detail buildings to align and take advantage of the beauty of our environment. Jane has teamed successfully with numerous clients to fulfill their dreams and created multiple award-winning projects in the process.

Rebecca Laszewski

Rebecca has over 6 years of experience working as an architectural designer with a wide range of building type experience. As a native of Steamboat Springs, Colorado, this mountain girl has a place in her heart for nature and how the built environment impacts native biology and landscape. Rebecca is eager to work on new and challenging projects and expand her skillset within the profession.

Esteban Bauzá

Esteban is an architectural designer with experience in educational, religious and public and private housing projects. Prior to AW, Esteban worked on projects throughout Colorado and in his native Puerto Rico. Through this work, he developed a passion for design that improves a community’s everyday experience and is looking forward to applying this passion to his work with AW.
