The Assembly, formerly known as The Regency, is a privately owned student housing facility. This most recent renovation also included a re-branding effort that lead to a new exterior color palette and graphic art pieces on the tower.

The existing main level lobby was upgraded with new grab ‘n go market place, lounge areas, intimate booth seating and new flooring and paint. Six new oversized windows provide a much needed connection between indoor gathering spaces and the park-like treed lawn.
