The Regency is a student housing facility that is located adjacent to the Auraria Higher Education Campus in Denver, Colorado. An old condemned hotel was renovated with upgraded building systems to create an exciting and interactive interior environment.

The Regency Student Housing Community is designed to meet the needs and lifestyles of college students with resort–style amenities at an affordable price in a convenient Downtown Denver location.

A few of the amenities include a new atrium dining area, community amphitheater space, reading and study rooms, a large double court gym with workout facility and exterior parks and pool facilities. The student rooms received new high-performance glass, lighting and custom furniture. An urban retro theme was created through accented precast lattice work and a new high-tension fabric entrance canopy which brought new life to the outdated exterior.
