The goal of the renovation was to create a new and exciting work environment to attract talented young employees to push OFI to the next level of investment opportunities.

The renovation was implemented in 5 phases that included a cutting edge Investment bull-pin is seamlessly connected to NY thru instantaneous video conferencing. The open office environment with benching furniture, glass offices and open interactive spaces create a collaborative and interactive work environment.
