The reprogramming and tenant improvements of the Material Science Engineering (MSE) and Renewable and Sustainable Energy Institute (RASEI) Department Suites in the SEEC Building on the CU Boulder East Campus provides the department a modern functional student-oriented space.

The exciting new office suite meets the departments growing needs and offers an attractive “wow factor” for visitors.

Tenant improvements consisted of upgrading 10 existing offices, adding 26 new offices, 4 conference/huddle rooms and 70 Post Doctoral open office workstations. The new entry is a shared reception area with coffee bar and waiting area.
