A key design feature is the connection between indoor spaces and the outdoors. This is achieved through the introduction of daylight and views into all the regularly occupied areas of the building using a high-tech triple glazing exterior curtain which provides floor to ceiling glass throughout. Special detail was given to a glass enclosed rooftop pool and spa to allow the building occupants an area to gather. The project lost funding and was not realized.
