East Village is a three-story office building located in the Denver Tech Center, originally built in 1982 with a center atrium of foliage and water feature common to the time. The full renovation with extensive upgrades to the interior and exterior provides a new vibrant workspace able to support either a single or multiple tenants. The meticulously landscaped entrance leads to the three-story atrium lobby known as Central Hall.

Each floor wraps around Central Hall, with the first and second floors open to the atrium and with glass windows lining the interior walls of the third-floor suite.

Central Hall features six massive skylights flooding each floor with light and is stylishly designed with modern furnishing and wood accents. Featured in the renovations are all new amenities including; a grab-n-go market, an open-air state-of-the-art fitness center, bike storage, and a shared conference room with audio/visual equipment.
