The remodel of this original Mid-Century Modern home inspired the design team to reimagine modern living for the new owners’ family and lifestyle. The original compartmentalized layout was opened up to provide a more continuous flow allowing light to flood the open living concept and allowing views throughout. 

Additional floor to ceiling windows create a sense of indoor-outdoor connection with a new front patio enhancing a welcoming gesture to the neighborhood and visitors. 

New custom built-ins anchor the center of the great room providing distinct spaces; kitchen, dining, living and office, while also allowing views and light to flow.
