University of Colorado Systems is fully located at 1800 Grant Street in Denver, Colorado. The eight story building houses the Office of the President, as well as, the key functions of the CU system.

AW was hired to do a comprehensive building study to provide restacking and growth plans along with adapting a new office standard.

The plan was adopted and floors one and four were remodeled. The fourth floor received new open office furniture, glass huddle rooms and reception area. The first floor incorporated a new breakroom, bicycle club and locker/shower rooms.
