1670 Broadway, formerly the Amoco Tower, is a 1980’s Denver icon that was in need of new common area corporate amenities. The 3rd floor was renovated using natural finishes, incorporating exterior windows, and glass walls to provide high-tech corporate conferencing space and leasing offices.

Dynamic breakout areas with high seating and community benching sit adjacent to a high-tech video conferencing huddle room.

The inclusion of an outdoor patio in the renovation process offers outdoor access from the 3rd floor conference space. Also included, is a fitness center with locker and shower rooms and a feature yoga studio with views of downtown.
