The Colorado State Bank Building is an existing 26 story high-rise at 16^th and Broadway in downtown Denver. Phase I of the repositioning effort started with a new vibrant lobby commons with adjacent bicycle storage and a new leasing office.

The design pays homage to the existing modern architectural elements found in the main lobby while adding new features unique to the addition.

Rounding out the effort is Phase II, featuring a new garden with access to the new grab-and-go café with food prep and service area. Indoor Lounge and meet space provides community table, high top seating as well as lounge seating with a large screen monitor and information wall.
