Mark Bowers

Mark is a passionate architect who is known for his ability to exceed his clients’ expectations. He has led many projects to success with his creative vision and approachable personality. He is a collaborative leader who is able to grasp a vision and work with the client and team to achieve their goals with elegant solutions. His unique background of structural engineering and architectural design allows him to work more closely with the engineers to create a more integrated building design. Mark’s involvement in projects ensures the successful implementation of the clients’ goals and visions through creative problem solving.

Joe Marshall

Joe is known by clients as the man to depend on. Whether the job calls for creative problem solving or the careful coordination of a complex phasing plan, he knows how to get things done. Joe works closely with clients, consultants and contractors to keep everyone moving forward together. He understands the ins and outs of construction and works with the needs and personality of each client institution to ensure a building that works for all of its users. As Principal, Joe is responsible for making sure AW is meeting all of the clients’ expectations by staying on budget, staying on schedule, and providing superior quality work.

Jacqueline Coté

Jacqueline’s warm and welcoming personality will greet you at the front door. She brings her organizational skills and business management experience to facilitate the constantly moving parts of the firm and enhance the team dynamic. She loves to work in a creative environment where support of artistic endeavors allow the design studio to go beyond a traditional model to achieve higher goals.

Kevin Beck

Kevin is a dedicated team member with an outgoing personality. He brings extensive experience in municipal, corporate, and institutional architectural projects to the workshop. As Project Manager, Kevin offers design solutions practiced on a national level. Kevin’s understanding of details and materials combined with his 14 years of infield experience assures projects achieve their design goals.

Laura Colombo

Laura has been an integral team member of AW for over 15 years. She brings a detailed methodology for accounting along with a positive and collaborative approach. Laura keeps not only the finances but also the cash flowing smoothly for AW and our clients.

Joel Howard

Joel is a graduate of the University of Colorado Denver Architectural Program. He has been part of and contributing to the aw culture ever since interning while still in school. Joel is a great team player jumping in with any project that might need his assistance. His passion for design and illustration is evident in the drawings and renderings he has produced for a variety of projects.

Jacob Odom

Born and raised in Louisiana, Jacob completed his education at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. He is inspired by the artistic aspect of architecture and finds joy in melding the abstract and technical to realize projects. Jacob’s ability to think big and small, coupled with his digital know-how allows him to jump into a wide array of projects.

Zoe Peters

Zoe is a recent graduate of the University of Colorado Denver Architectural program and was also an AW Architectural Intern while pursuing her Master’s. She is passionate about creating spaces that improve the quality of life and focus on sustainability. Zoe’s ability to absorb new information is an asset to the team, allowing her to jump in and aid on a variety of projects, at different stages.

Megan Stanley

Megan is talented team member who has a passion for creative problem solving and sustainable design which fuels her desire to create innovative and meaningful architecture. Her strong communication skills and attention to detail allow for a highly efficient and collaborative design process. She embraces new and challenging projects and approaches every project with creativity, enthusiasm and a commitment to quality that has resulted in successful projects that are consistently within budget, on schedule and exceed the owners’ expectations.
