2 Kalamath is a 1950’s warehouse style corner building that is being renovated to be the new home of Architectural Workshop. The building will offer 4,800 sf of office space and 2 live/work artist studios. The historic masonry exterior is receiving new larger openings and a new rotated two story atrium provides for a collaborative open office environment with access to the roof deck including views of the mountains.

The existing steel post & beam structure and wood roof joist are kept exposed providing a rich backdrop for the addition of contemporary materials and finishes.
