The loft renovation utilizes two existing open loft spaces of the historic Franklin Building to create an energetic and stylish high-end living space. The use of exposed duct work, metal rails and stainless steel appliances also incorporates an industrial feel to the open environment. Signature elements were created specifically for this residence. A unique translucent glass art wall is an original design for the lofts entrance.
